Coverage And Exclusions

Spring Warranty Coverage

Standard spring repair: Five-year warranty covering the replacement springs and labor for covered spring repairs. Includes one free checkup within the first year. Coverage applies to installed springs; unrelated components and additional repairs are quoted separately.

Lifetime Package Coverage

Covered parts and labor: The covered door’s lift system and hinges, including springs, cables, drums, bearings, rollers, and hinges.

Not covered: Door panels, the garage door opener, collision damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic issues, and unrelated damage.

Coverage period: Coverage lasts while the original customer owns the covered door. It ends when the home is sold or the covered door is replaced.
