Before Nexus, our family was already involved in running a garage door company, and we saw firsthand how much trust customers place in the technician who shows up at their home.
We also saw the opposite: a close friend was badly overcharged and misled on a simple repair. That experience made it clear how easy it is for homeowners to be treated unfairly when they don’t know what “right” looks like.
